How do I return my order?Updated a month ago
Having an excellent purchase decision aligns with the environmental benefit of keeping a more sustainable, healthier, and safer planet. We strongly encourage you to research the product you are buying and get in touch with us if you have any concerns or questions. Making an informed decision results in fewer returns, therefore less carbon footprint associated with fulfillment and delivery.
That being said, we want you to use your HuskeeCup every day, and having the right product is very important to achieve that. If the cup you have ordered isn't quite right, please keep on reading.
To return an item, please email our customer service at [email protected] within 30 days from receipt of the goods to inform them of your return request. All items must be posted to Huskee within the allowable return period of 30 days from receipt of the order. If 30 days have lapsed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund other than due to a product fault or manufacturing defect.
Please note Huskee only accepts returns of unused, unbranded products, still in their original packaging. Pack the item(s) securely, include all paperwork, parts, and accessories, and mail them to the address provided by the support team.
For every exchange or return due to a change of mind, a handling fee of AU$1 if you're inquiring from Australia, UK£1 if you're inquiring in the UK. Unfortunately at this stage, we do not offer exchanges based on change of mind in the USA, unless required by your local consumer laws.
Once the items are received, a store credit or a refund of the purchase value will be provided, less the handling fee mentioned above. The cost of return postage is to be covered by the customer.
