Is HuskeeSteel dishwasher safe?Updated a year ago

Aside from the ‘Brushed-Steel’ variation of HuskeeSteel, which is completely dishwasher safe, we do not recommend putting your HuskeeSteel into the dishwasher. While safe from a health-perspective, this is due to the powder coating, which may start to fade over time. We want your favourite cup looking great, as long as possible.

To clean your powder-coated, ceramic-lined HuskeeSteel we recommend:

• Rinsing your HuskeeSteel with warm water to remove any particles or dirt.
• Use a mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth to gently wash the cup’s interior and exterior.
• Rinse the cup thoroughly with warm water to eliminate any soap residue.

We highly advise not using abrasive cleaners, scrub brushes, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage this powder-coated finish.
