The Borrow App is an essential part of the Borrow by Huskee system. Here are the main points and features of the App that your customers and your staff need to know to use the system:
Download and Register:
Customers must download the Borrow App from their relevant App Store to use the system
Customers must register their account and confirm a payment method (in case cups are borrowed and not returned to you)
There are several collateral pieces in the merchandise pack and Toolkit with information and QR codes to help and direct customers to download the App.
Features of the Borrow App:
There is a tutorial of how to use the App when first downloaded, as well as accessed any time through the menu options
Customers can use the Locations feature to find a Borrow or HuskeeSwap location. Geolocation, when turned on, also assists them in the Borrow process
Customers can borrow a cup in three simple steps!
1. Select borrow and scan the vessel they are borrowing
2. Confirm your location (or scan the Venue QR code)
3. Show your borrow confirmation screen to the barista!
Customers can use any Loyalty features that the venue has activated
Customers can track their impact, and also see the cumulative impact everyone is making globally on the Impact Tab.
Customers can see what vessels they have checked out, and other useful information, at any time in the Library Tab.
